Still Smilin'!I began my treatment with Dr. Horwitz and staff about 18 months ago. With most relationships, this is a long enough time that you begin to see the "real" person (or practice) and the veneer of initial infatuation wears off. However, this is absolutely not the case with Dr. Horwitz and staff. They still exceed my expectations for friendly and attentive service with every visit. If I ever have a problem, I simply call and I am immediately fit into their schedule and then, like magic, my problem disappears. For unbelievable service, attention to patients' needs, and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, you can't do better than Dr. Horwitz and staff. (I keep adding "staff" because everyone in the office is simply top notch!)
